4 rounds of interview with Epsilon - technical, functional, and business.
4th round lasted approximately 20 minutes focusing mainly on my resignation reason (work-life balance) (my previous firm) and my knowledge of Epsilon.
No Business Analyst–related questions were asked, despite expectations set by HR.
This created an unfriendly environment, which is unlike the employee centric culture I had heard about Epsilon from my circle.
The panel reflected a fixed mindset, and following this there was no further discussion on BA-specific topics.
Overall, the interview felt unproductive and disappointing, especially after clearing three prior rounds that were relevant and rigorous. I believe this round did not align with the expectations set for the role or the stage of the process.

I have not taken a single break in my career of 8 years at Epsilon and why have you taken within 3 years?
Joiners learn anout Epsilon within a week of the interview and for you it has been 2 months to learn about Epsilon. What is Epsilon as a company? Who are the competitors? What are its products?

In my final technical round had a positive discussion and was told by the interviewer that I was a perfect fit for the role and was asked about possible joining date. Post the discussion I was asked to wait and within a minute HR came and asked me to leave saying they will get back to me. After two weeks I reached out to the consultant who sent me to this interview asking if they had any updates for which I was told that I was on hold first and then rejected. Also, it felt like I had gone for walk-in as there were around 40 BAs called in for the interview on that day and I have heard that this is a common practice at Epsilon. All I can say is thanks for wasting everyone's time!!!

Entrevista
Inefficient technical panel, they don’t even look into candidate’s profile and work experience. Irrelevant questions of candidate experience.
They lost basic manners and etiquette’s to follow when they call someone for interview.
No introduction from the interviews, and you wont be having any clue with whom you are talking with, 2 or more interviewers will be there in the interview room but only one person will ask the questions, rest will simply stare at you.
I suggest, you need to send your interviewers for basic etiquette’s training and put experience people in the panel
