First Telephonic with Director, than after 1 week F2F was arranged. I traveled to the office to have the F2F interview. Interview started on time with the Director. Interview went on smooth for almost an hour. Immediately after that next level of interview may be with VP, I am not sure about the designation, happened. Interview went on for almost 45 mins. Both the rounds were good. It was more of an interactive sessions and questions asked were quality ones and related to my work. Both of the interviewers seem to be impressed. After both the rounds, HR informed that both the interviewers want to discuss and she will let me know about the outcome by the end of the day. After that I didn't hear from the HR ever. I followed up twice with the HR, but the HR lady never bothered to answer any of my email. I reached out to the consultancy firm who referred me for the position. Consultancy firm discussed with Epsilon HR and informed me that everything is good and both the interviewers are happy with me and they are processing my candidature for further rounds with USA. I was informed that they are trying to schedule interview with USA folks and I should remain patient. For 1 week same status was maintained and I was provided confirmation that everything is going on fine. After 1 week when I again followed up with the consultancy firm, they suddenly informed that Epsilon is not happy, they want a more senior person for the position. That is a complete shocker for me. I have never seen such unprofessional attitude from a company. I have my worst interview experience with Epsilon.
