Very straightforward. The people were very friendly, mostly asked about my why law, and some behavioral questions. It felt very conversational, and was 30 minutes long. They give 5-10 minutes at the end for questions.

Screener with one attorney then callback with multiple rounds with two associates/attorneys each round. The last round included two practice group managers. All were friendly and asked about resume experiences and personality questions.

Interview process was normal. Screener and then a callback. Questions included why New York, why EBG, and then just walking through your experience on your resume. Overall not too bad.
