PYRAMID SCHEME WARNING
I had an initial interview with "Shaz", who explained that there would be a role to progress and quickly grow into a managerial role. He made lots of promises and then was asking questions like "how badly do you want this?" and "do you want to become a manager by the age of 23?". It was very clear to me that this was a scam and a pyramid scheme. Avoid at all costs.

Video interview. If you pass it, you will have an interview with other candidates. Questions vary from e.g what is outsourcing, to presenting yourself, what do you know about the company, why would you like to work for them.

Present yourself, where do you see yourself in 5 years. It was a performance based pay, so will you be able not knowing how much money you will make each month.

Entrevista
The initial interview was a group interview lasting about half an hour. I was only able to speak to the CEO for a few minutes but I suppose this was enough to inform a decision as I received an email inviting me to a second interview on the following day within an hour.
The second interview was where more detail on the role was provided, and this was unfortunately where things began to go downhill. As it turns out, the role and salary that had been listed were fictitious, and the opportunity actually being presented was door to door sales. I would not have had a problem with this if it had been represented correctly from the start but to have such a drastic left turn just ten minutes into the second interview started to make me anxious.
The second interview was essentially a session where you are provided with hypothetical numbers: how much you could make, how quickly you could become a leader, how the structure of the company guaranteed profits "at no financial risk". At times it felt almost like a pitch for prospective employees to take the job as opposed to an assessment to see if you were right for the job, which was another red flag for me.
Overall the misrepresentation of the role partnered with the description of a multi-level marketing model as employees progressed through the company made me very uneasy. I can see how if you were a graduate with minimal professional experience this opportunity could seem too good to be true, and unfortunately I think that is because it is.
I am sure there would be people happy to do this job but this was misrepresented to me as something else which has unfortunately caused a waste of my time, and indeed that of the interviewers.
