This is followed by another phone call to schedule an on site, followed by an email a week later confirming it is scheduled.

Very basic, single stage about 2 hours long. You simply sit in a room and are quizzed by the hiring manager, it's a very normal interview not stressful. Just do your prep and you'll be fine.
