Las primeras entrevistas muy bien, pero al final 0 retroalimentación. Creo es algo deberían dar parq saber áreas de oportunidad. Y muy tardado el proceso de entrevistas, cosa que desanima en muchas ocasiones

Entrevista
Three steps interview process (apart from the several discussions with the Talent Acquisition department at various stages in the game):
1. Discussion with the manager the position would report to (on-site)
2. Discussion with the Enterprise Architect (phone interview)
3. Discussion with HR (on-site)
*Very* nicely conducted interviews by all parties involved. All of them felt very much like idea exchanging discussions, rather than classical interviews. The information flowed both ways and, in the end, I left with a strong impression I would really enjoy working there, with/for the people I met.
