Was called well after working hours by a recruiter and was interviewed at approximately 8PM. After a few weeks of silence, the person who decided hiring requested an in person interview. The in person interview mostly involved a tour of the office and explanation of the job, but the individual did not ask me any questions directly at any point. This is the first and only time I have ever had an interview where the interviewer didn't ask me any questions at all.
