Phone interview first, and then they make you fill out a personality questionnaire. You then move on to a one on one interview (mine took about 2.5 hours and I talked to 3 different people) and also have you take an assessment test. If you move on after that, you then have to make a presentation on an assigned topic.

HR is very responsive and typically schedules one interview per week, and since there're suppose to be another two rounds (one is a presentation and another is talk with an exec person?), the entire process might takes about a month
