Candidatei-me por meio de uma faculdade ou universidade. Fui entrevistado pela Equilar em fev. de 2016
Entrevista
I found out about the position at a career fair where I found out about their leadership rotation program, and applied on their website. I was selected for a phone interview that lasted for about ten or fifteen minutes. It was basic personality and behavioral questions mostly that people have already listed. The hardest question for me what was the company does because it involves terminology I am unfamiliar with and I stumbled a bit on that question. I am going in for the in person interview tomorrow. It's been a few weeks of time between the phone and in person interview.

Applied online and spoke to Equilar representatives at my university career fair. HR Coordinator from Equilar reached out to me to schedule a phone interview but failed to respond to my availability. After a week, I followed up with the HR coordinator again about our aforementioned phone interview -- dead silence.
As a last resort, had my friend who currently works at the company reach out to him personally to follow up with me -- again, dead silence and no response from the HR Coordinator.
Don't waste your time filling out the online application and interviewing in-person only to have the CEO rip you a new one (according to my college friends who have applied). There is a high attrition rate and everyone is trying to leave for something better.

Why are you passionate about executive compensation? (Yet, nobody really graduates from college with aspirations to look through SEC filings all day)
Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Equilar (Redwood City, CA).

Applied online and within a couple of days received an email to schedule a 30min phone interview. Phone interview was standard asked questions about your interest and about the company. Then a day later received an email requesting for an in person interview at the Redwood City office. Have yet to complete the in person interview phase.
