The interview process had two stages, and overall it was a really positive experience. The communication from the internal recruiter was excellent. I was genuinely surprised by how responsive, informative, and organised they were throughout the whole process.
I was given clear details about each interview stage, everything was arranged quickly and efficiently, and there were no unnecessary delays. The whole process felt professional, supportive, and well put together from start to finish.

I was asked a range of competency based questions, given the chance to talk through my CV, and discuss my future aspirations. Overall, the interview felt comfortable and informal.
We covered the full scope of the job description, and I appreciated being able to have an open and honest discussion throughout. From the beginning, it was clear that we shared similar values and ways of working.
