Very informal talk with one of the team leaders. Made me feel welcome and at ease. It was split into two parts. The first was to match my experience to the role. The second was to give examples of situations in the past and how I dealt with them.
Straight forward and to the point. Discussed my previous experience in general and the kind of work I was doing on previous pension roles and how it would translate to this role.

Appalling experience. Booked the afternoon off work to attend interview, 5 minutes in I was asked if I had ever lived outside the UK - I said yes, I was told therefore I was not applicable for the role. My time living abroad was clearly stated on my CV.
Also, very poor process, no initial call/chat straight into a list of questions before I even have a proper idea what the role is.
