I received a digital interview invite which said I need to finish it within 3 days but contact them if I need more time. This invite was sent from a do_not_reply equinix email address, and there's no recruiter contact info on the email. So there was no way for me to contact them. The introduction of the digital interview said I have 2 attempts. But when I entered the interview, it said I could only do it once. I got to look at the camera and talked to myself for this digital interview, and I have no idea who would see this recording and how the company would use it. There was really no chance for me to talk to any real human and learn about the company and the role. A few days after the digital interview, I received a rejection email for "Junior Project Manager, Product" position. One week after the digital interview, I received a rejection email for "Enterprise Account Manager & Product Owner" position, which I have no idea why as I didn't apply to it. On the same day, I received a 3rd rejection email for "Senior Associate, Project Manager, Product" position, which I didn't apply either. I completely have no idea what's going on with their system and their hiring process. Absolutely negative.
