The initial interview consisted of a one way video recording. Three questions were asked and you had a limited amount of time to begin your answer and only five minutes to give a response into your camera. It was difficult as you not only had to focus on the question, but your surroundings, how the video was coming across and it was a challenge as you can't see a face to see there reaction or even hear a voice.
