Entrevista
It went smoothly. The HR person was friendly and I thought I did good. I researched for a while the answers. Unfortunately I didn't get the job. I was notified by e-mail 3 days later.

The HR person asked me why I would be a good fit for the position and wanted to know what Equinox represents for me.

- interview with the GM of the club
All pretty straightforward with some curveball questions.generally about experience in sales, work ethic, why equinox etc.
Phone screening interview with Human Resources at HQ, zoom interview with Sales Manager, then another phone call with Human Resources person at HQ to specify details of accepting the offer

You have to do a video for the application process. They do a phone call interview first and then they schedule an in person interview. After that they reach out within a couple days if you get an offer.
