The entire experience was impersonal and unprofessional, often leaving me feeling dismissed and neglected. At times, the process was chaotic and overwhelming, with little regard for my time or comfort. The lack of preparation and feedback made the experience even more stressful and off-putting, while the overly formal approach felt disconnected from what I was hoping to learn. Overall, it was a deeply unsatisfactory and unwelcoming experience.

Virtual and in-person interviews; virtual interview was not too bad it was a recorded interview with situational questions and multiple choice while the in-person interview was mostly a vibe check and seeing how you would take on new clients.

One thing they asked about was how you deal with difficult clients?
Super easy, had a round with a recruiter and then met with the manager. They were very transparent about pay and work required. I see a lot of negative reviews about pay, but at least from my experience the whole pay scale was clearly communicated and lined out.
