Complete Waste of Time. Manager was late in calling for interview. The job ad for this position is constantly being posted online, so it doesn't seem they are filling the position. Just collecting resumes. After about 30 minute phone conversation was told I did well & it would be reviewed. After a few weeks received the thanks, but no thanks email. Unprofessional company that I am glad didn't move forward in the process. I don't believe the job really exists and if they treat their customers as poorly as applicants, I don't see them being in business too long.
After several e-mails a phone interview was scheduled then re-scheduled.
Finially at the time of the phone interview, no call. the person who was supposed to call does not answere e-mail or voice mail. One week later the standard rejection e-mail.
Very professional HR department!
Obviously this is not a company that values employees or their reputation.
Not a company to go to work for.

Entrevista
It was a three step interview process with the president, engineering manager and hr manager. The company took a long time to go through this process and did not extend an offer in the end.
