I applied through the college recruiter at my school and got called in for an interview after about a week. Overall it was a smooth interview although the interviewer kept on trying to convince me i wasn't fit for the job. That really deterred any interest in the position. That combined with the prospect of having to pay for my certifications and the potential salary structure.
