There are multiple interviews that you have to attend, they did not have to be in person. Part of the process is typical where they are trying to get to know you. Make sure you show up professionally and dress as such - they are looking professionals who can present themselves as such.

The interview process was quick and simple. The major hurdle is passing your exams post Interview. You have a total of three exams. None are individual difficult but can be a challenge if you tackle it unprepared .
