Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 6 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Equitable Advisors (San Francisco, CA) em jan. de 2016
Entrevista
The interview process consisted of a phone call and two in person interviews. This industry has an incredibly high turnover rate because the training is intense and it takes a few years to cultivate your own leads and start functioning on your own. They are looking for people who are energetic, hard working, and want to commit themselves to this process. They will invest a lot of time in you so they want to make sure that you are worth it.

Quick process, show you're hungry and they'll give you a shot. Had one zoom, one in person meeting, and then a compensation breakdown. Nothing guaranteed, up to you to make money. Good for someone self motivated and will bet on themselves.
