The interview was more of an explanation than actual asking any questions. It seemed more like a presentation convincing me to work there, a sales pitch if you will. They market themselves as a self starter, and that each employee is like a small business owner.

It was not terribly difficult, but it does requires a good work ethic as well as you need to show that you can make a positive impact and contribute to the good atmosphere. Overall a great experience.

The interview was a phone call and was very casual. I asked most of the questions while the person just answered the questions. He said they didn't hire that many interns.
