Entrevista
First you're called in to meet the district manager and go over your resume. Walk the office to show you the empty cubicles. Then are invited to their open house and meet with the manager for a follow up meeting where they go over the compensation structure. You may walk out saying it is a nice package but won't fully understand how. If they write it down on a piece of paper it won't make any sense if you're able to keep it. Before they offer the job, you will meet the executive vice president for a final interview

First there was a screening phone call. Next there was a 30 minute interview. The last one was a 45 minute interview. They ask a little bit about yourself and mostly then just tell you about the company and the job.

Give a presentation about something you're passionate about and then tell me why you would be a good financial advisor.
Quick and to the point. Pretty much just sold the company to you. Seemed almost a little too good to be true at times. Only have had 1 interview so far waiting for the second.
Interview is to see who you are as a person, no technical questions, not too long and was generally to the point. The interview process as a whole is well organized too.
