Three stage interview process. First interview was very informational and described the basics and the culture of the company. Second interview went over the job responsibilities, salary, benefits, compensation, etc. Third interview was question-based getting to know about me as a person and a potential hire, and allowing me to ask the interviewers more specific questions.

Which two of Equitable Advisors' core values stand out the most to me and why?
Incredibly easy, they aim to hire anyone with a pulse to sell life insurance and annuities. Beware of the comp structure and ask about the bonus and override your manager will get from all of your work.

Very laid back. I was never asked any question about my job experience or any of the sorts. The interview consisted of a 15 minute conversation of small talk and getting to know the VP of the team you will be working under. The second stage was at the office location where you learn about the company and meet some of the staff.
