Entrevista
The first round of interviews is a 30ish minute phone call with an advisor. The second round is a 1-hour zoom presentation with the same advisor. Then, you talk with 2 advisors on the phone for 15 minutes each. Lastly, you do a third interview, and then they either extend a position or don't.

Quick process, show you're hungry and they'll give you a shot. Had one zoom, one in person meeting, and then a compensation breakdown. Nothing guaranteed, up to you to make money. Good for someone self motivated and will bet on themselves.
