Terrible group interview process. Applied during Covid for a position that would allow me to get my CAM license. Of the 3 interviewers on the Zoom interview, 2 stayed quiet for nearly the whole time

They asked if I had children. As they wanted to stress that my duties as a CAM would involve having ti attend HOA board meetings, which usually occurred during the evening when I'd likely be home with my family.
