The interview process was well-structured and very transparent. I really enjoyed the conversations, the stages were engaging, and the team took time to clearly explain each step and the role itself. Overall, it was a positive and thoughtful experience.
The only downside is that the process includes quite a high number of stages.

Entrevista
Well the HR and CIO were uncomfortable to look into and speak. Their behavior, the way they were moving/acting, the surroundings of their places might indicate it's either fraud (HR - chrusciovka style single dormitory room place, wooden windows) or straight from jail cell (CIO - dark, super small room, definitely not meting a room).
I continued only from a perspective - "when they will offer me to buy something, to be eligible for position" :)
Reading many glassdoors' reviews it's sound like a legit business, but it does not feel like one for sure.

I was approached within a month after my application and the email confirmed the job listing doesn't specify exactly what the job entails so they will cover that in the interview, its a conversation. Extremely late reply, terrible hiring process after the interview, More time was spent on the technical side to test your basic understanding, they act like they are satisfied with you. However, they already had preferences.
