Entrevista
The recruitment process follows a structured sequence, consistent with standard hiring practices. It begins with an initial interview with the HR Department and the respective user (hiring manager), followed by an online psychometric assessment.
Candidates who progress past these stages will then undergo a subsequent interview with the user one level above the hiring manager, as well as the Group Head of Human Resources.
Upon successful completion of all interview and assessment stages, candidates are required to undergo a medical examination. Once all results are verified and satisfactory, the process proceeds to the salary negotiation phase prior to final hiring confirmation.

These case-based questions are not standardized; instead, they will flow naturally throughout the conversation as the interview progresses.
