First they sent me a Google form to fill with usual interview questions (e.g. name three positive aspects and three negative aspects about you, etc.), next they set a call by phone that lasted around 30' and finally they invite me to an assessment and development dynamic (with other two applicants) to their headquarters, which was very deep and lasted about three hours and a half. At the end of the meeting, they told us that they would have let us know, to each one of us, the results even though they would only choose one applicant. End of the story: never heard from them again and I did not receive any feedback. Very professional from their side. Honestly I would have appreciated that the same accuracy and thoroughness that they applied in the selection process, were used in giving us notice that the process had ended.
