The process is efficient, fast, and professional. It first consists of a screening Interview in which you give a brief description of yourself and answer some straightforward questions so both parties can see if the position is suitable (I believe it's also to see if your level of English is acceptable as you will communicate internally this way). A couple of days after that, you go into a more technical interview in which you discuss your experience in more depth and you then do an exercise on your own. If everything goes according to plan, you finally have an interview with some of the team leaders in which you kind of discuss your experience as you previously did but I believe they are also looking at your soft skills and attitude to see if you will fit in with the company's Nice-Kind environment.

Entrevista
It was a fast and friendly process. It was well designed and the employer was giving feedback on how the process was going on. It was a good interview process experience.
