Two rounds of interviews. Good atmosphere. Relevant questions. The interview panel consisted of line manager, hr and two team leads from the unit. A personality test and IQ test as used as part of the process.
Interview with manager and team lead. Talk about strengths and personality to see if fitted the current team. Extremely nice people and good dialogue in both interviews, held online because of covid

Entrevista
The interview is in two rounds, with two tests. They were very interested in my experience (or lack thereof) with working for big government agencies. Three consultants took part in the interview.
