Entrevista
The final interview was a face to face interview with four people: two line managers, one HR representative and a lead architect.
1 - Technical background and reasoning: talked a lot about previous experiences and possible solutions to past problems. Every time that a specific past problem could be used for an existing Ericsson problem analogy, it was made so. There was quite a lot of talk about changing previous solutions that I was describing to try and gauge my adaptability and reasoning on dealing with new (and applicable to Ericsson at that point in time).
Quite a lot of whiteboard drawings involved in this part of the interview.
2 - Personal adaptability: there was some questions in regards to how I was planning to adapt, as at the time I would be moving countries (and continents) if I got the job. Not invasive questions, but well grounded ones that made sense both for setting my expectations and from the interviewers assurance as well.

To change an existing solution that I was describing at the time to be able to be updated with no downtime at all. Explain the required changes on the architecture to support this and the trade offs.
As the current solution did not require any hard no-downtime requirements (i.e it was only released on weekends where there was no active users) there was quite a lot of changes involved in this and it took quite a lot of time.
First interview was Technical interview that contains questions about your experience and programing questions for your preferred programming languages (Java or python) and other questions related to database and messaging brokers

The interview was not very technical. it asked about everything on the resume and it was just a conversation. He even asked whether I had a girlfriend and my hobbies and so on.

Entrevista
First, you have to do a bunch of online tests.
Multiple choice technical tests, coding test (if relevant), personality tests.
Then you either interview for the position you applied to, or you are thrown in a "pool interview" where multiple managers are interviewing you for multiple positions at the same time.
After the pool interview, I received an offer from one of the managers involved.
