Telephonic, F2F, Written Test, and .... I have cleared all the round and waiting for managerial round. When i asked feedback i was not informed. I dropped many mails and i got feedback that unable to meet criterion. It was big surprise. HR was worst human in the Ericsson. No human behavior at all in HR.

1 phone interview, 2 personal interview ( 2 different days). Got the offer in a week.
