They asked me why did I wanted to work for them, and also asked questions what I knew about the company.
They wanted to know why I choose to choose in this field,and asked some questions about my academic studies and their relation to telecommunications.
They talked about several jobs (no title names), and asked me to choose what I would prefer, to knew if I would choose the one they are recruiting for.

They said for me to say what I though were bad things about my personality.
Because this was my first job interview this was an unexpected question, and I hesitated when replying.
The interview was very friendly amd encouraging which emphasized on the way that they treated their employees and overall it was a good experience for me and i encourage everyone to apply if they see themselves worthy of the job posting
