The process was messed up. Unless it's your first Data Science job, it's unnecessary to consider. Otherwise, you will be surprised by the limited knowledge the recruiting team has about Data Science. For their strange reasons, you will be asked to take several coding tests, even at the last minute before a panel interview. The questions were typical algorithm questions for a SW engineer, not for a Data Scientist, for sure. The time required to finish those tests was 'impressive'. You may get four times the normal time needed for a simple question or half the regular for a complex one. As a result, I am not surprised to read from a hunter that this team has only filled no more than 10% positions after about half a year's recruiting!

Experience: HR had no idea of what happens in an interview. Data Scientists are of less experienced in industry related production grade Data Science projects. They keep on asking on topics which they have worked. No respect towards your expertise or work. There are 3 technical interviews of 1 hour each but there is no flow or sequence. Every round youwill get same types of generic maths, DS, ML questions. No depth of discussion They are not working on cutting-edge technologies. Suggestions to candidates: Just avoid. It will consume your time and make you of self-doubt. Complete wastage of time.
