Entrevista
I got a call from HR manager from the Noida office to directly come for face to face Interview. There were 2 rounds. After clearing both rounds, the Interviewers were very happy. Due to lunch time, he asked me to leave for the day and HR will get back to you by the evening. She did not call so I called the HR next day to follow up for the feedback. She said that because your qualification is BA and we are very strict with the qualification so you are not selected. Both she and the interviewers had my profile before the phone call where I had clearly mentioned my qualification. If my qualification was not fit, I should not be called for the interview. But she scheduled the interview and for the feedback I just got to know that the qualification is not fit. Weard experience and only waste of time. Please double check everything with HR before wasting the time for interview.

Entrevista
This was a telephonic interview conducted by two people: one from HR and one from Project Management discipline. The project manager was interested in knowing my PM skills especially in Agile methodology. He also questioned me about my overall industry experience. They badly needed people then; hence they were in hurry to recruit a good candidate.
