Entrevista
In the first round you have to write a 1-3 hour long technical test in 1-4 areas you know well: Linux, C, C++, Java, IP, Telecom, Assembly, HW, etc. The second round was a 2-3 hour long intelligence and personality/psychological test. The third round was the interview itself. It was more about the previous developing experiences and personality, than technical knowledge.

I had to recognize possible dead/live locks in java code examples.
Very bad, only one interview whitout any technical question they said they will introduce the team structure and then ask me a code question, but they didn't ask question then leave, and the interview is not finished they said an excuse then leave

Entrevista
There was 3 rounds. The technical rounds where easy. asked some python concepts and told write code snippets. that's all. The interviewer where professional and educative. Guided me how to improve my skill and where i lack
