Chat about previous experience, drafting contracts etc previous projects I have worked on, if relocations was ok, they asked competency based questions, why I was applying to Ericsson and what I knew about the company.

Entrevista
A few rounds, case study, leadership logic and personality testing. Communication was clear in the beginning, and the feedback I received was positive. But towards the end, things became less consistent. Nonetheless the people I spoke to were kind and the overall experience was respectful

Entrevista
Several interviews with different managers and panel interview with HR, Sales and Delivery. The whole process was of average length, over several weeks, well organised with clear information on next steps and relatively quick feedback.
