My CV was sent to HR by a friend who was already working in Ericsson. I`ve been called by the HR to schedule an interview. It was a technical interview with the team coordinators of the project. After having the first interview, another one was scheduled to have the language test. Everything went fine so I accepted the offer.

For fresh graduate with zero exprience, the interview session was quite easy and they only ask basic questions.The interviewers are very friendly and on going. NO pressure atmosphere at all. Then the team lead will explain your position
