First step of the process was an on-demand video interview - was very easy to fill the questions, nothing too difficult, mostly asking about why Ericsson, what are the things that interest me as an applicant and any previous experiences in a working environment that I would like to share.

Questions about coding languages and ide + talk about projects that was available at summer internship. It was a little open and no direct feedback on questions which made the process a little stale.

After submitting my CV, I had to record a couple of videos answering questions, that were mainly focused on soft skills. After this, a 30-minutes interview with the manager that I'm supposed to be working under.

Entrevista
The process was very straight forward, started with applying with the CV then i got the Hirevue interview, and then i got an Interview with the team. However, I was unfortunately not successful in get the interview well.
