I applied for a Talent Acquisition role at Ericsson over a month ago, particularly excited about the proximity to my home and the alignment with my experience. The Global TA Manager frequently shares posts about inclusion, mental health, and other important topics, which I felt made the role a great fit. I proactively reached out to them directly but unfortunately received no response. I also contacted the local TA lead, but again, my inquiry was met with silence. Nearly two months have passed, and I still haven't received any updates on my application.
