Entrevista
Ericsson is a great company to work for. I had multiple phone interviews since they wanted to find the right fit for you. After that I was called for an onsite interview where I was again interviewed by 4 different people including the HR. All the interviews were behavioral interviews and some included technical questions.
The people are really nice and will make you comfortable. However, the HR are a bit unorganized and communicated details at the last moment or don't communicate details at all.

Interview process was overall good. I went through two interviews, on teams and in person. It was not that much technical just related to what i wrote on my resume.

One case interview- the case was given before the interview. I need to prepare slides and analysis in 1hr and the do a presentation and QA to a penal in 1 hour.
