Job was through an external recruiter, who did initial screening and presented my credentials to company. Internal recruiter took over . . . phone interview with internal recruiter, then phone interview with hiring manager. Brought in for a day of interviewing . . . 8 people from 4 functions. After that, required to take some psyh profile testing. Process was smooth and fairly quick for this size of company.
