The chief will not hire you if you are an experienced law enforcement professional from a larger agency. She will state that you will be bored and leave. The chief based her decision off of previous officers they hired and won't give you a chance. The chief does not want this department to grow or succeed and has trouble making a decision based on her investigator's recommendations. I do not recommend this agency to any current law enforcement officers. Don't let them waste your time...
