I am called for an interview without an application in 2012. They have reached me via a career website for a potential position and I had 2 interviews with them. One with HR and the other with management. The main problem about the interview(s) was; the expectations they've explained during the interview was completely different than their real expectations from this position, which I've discovered after I got hired.
