Basically just met with a manager had a conversation about the job the company why I wanted to work there what I would be doing in the next few months

Very unprofessional, no proper recruitment procedure. They called in for an interview where I travelled for an hour approx and then it was a very informal interview with no proper set of interview questions to ask.
