Entrevista
Interview process is straightforward and professional. Candidates meet directly with their supervisor and/or the department manager in a one-on-one setting, typically in the office. During this meeting, we go through a structured series of questions that assess both technical competencies and behavioral qualities.

Entrevista
Initially contacted by the HR manager to schedule interview. Interview process is a panel format where different department managers all take turns asking questions, followed by a tour of facility. Be prepared to highlight past lab experience and for new grads, this includes past lab classes such as chemistry, biochemistry, endocrinology. This facility is primarily an endocrinology lab, so review some basics for endocrinology and molecular biology.
