Series of phone interviews the first month of recruitment. Full day of one-on-one interviews at Esri in Redlands during month two of the recruitment; Met with a great mix of HR professionals and finished the day interviewing with the CHRO. The third month of recruitment included an afternoon panel interview with the COO and two other bright executives. Since my last interview I have not heard from anyone at Esri. Nothing.
