Long interview process, but mostly behavioral questions. Some technical questions on past projects and experience. One individual asked me to define the tools and packages I have listed on my resume.
Overall a very positive experience. All my interviewers were extremely thoughtful, well-spoken, and pleasant. I greatly enjoyed the conversations we had and I really wanted the position.
The trouble came when I received the offer. They offered me substantially less money than my current salary, even though I had made clear what my current salary was, and that I was looking for a raise. I am not sure who in the tech industry would willingly take a 20% pay cut when hopping jobs, but, for some reason, they expected me to be that person. Extremely disappointing and a little insulting, they seemed to insinuate that I didn't have the skills to be paid my current salary.
Again, overall positive experience, just absolutely shocked at their low offer.

Extremely laborious and protracted interview process. Had an initial 30 minute interview, followed by a more intensive 1 hour interview, followed by a full day of 4 one hour interviews.

I advanced through three interview stages, including an on-site with expenses covered, but was ultimately rejected with vague feedback. The position was reopened during my interviews and has remained open since.
2 video interviews and one full day interview.
Had to email the manager to REMIND him of my interview.
3 people didn't show up the full day interview leaving me hours alone to do nothing in between interviews.
Asked me several questions not related to the position.
