Got a phone screening opportunity 2weeks after I submitted my application on their website. The call went smoothly but then I was ghosted. Never got any result of the interview. Followed up with them but still got no answer.

Entrevista
The hiring manager was friendly. She asked about my background, projects and experience. This is the first round.Basically there will be three phone interviews, following with on-sites. The questions are normal.
