Extremely laborious and protracted interview process. Had an initial 30 minute interview, followed by a more intensive 1 hour interview, followed by a full day of 4 one hour interviews.

Why do you think you’re the best candidate for this job?
I had multiple interviews with ESRI for product engineer positions. The first interview went very poorly—the engineer spoke down to me and barely gave me a chance to speak. He asked questions about hydrology, which had nothing to do with the position but was his focus in graduate school. I have a Ph.D. in Geophysics with a focus on remote sensing.
The second interview was with a woman, and it went well. She mentioned that she doesn't think the engineers respect her in her position and that she receives similar treatment to what I experienced in my previous interview. She offered me a salary in the 90s. However it didn't work out in the end and I accepted a position elsewhere.

I advanced through three interview stages, including an on-site with expenses covered, but was ultimately rejected with vague feedback. The position was reopened during my interviews and has remained open since.
2 video interviews and one full day interview.
Had to email the manager to REMIND him of my interview.
3 people didn't show up the full day interview leaving me hours alone to do nothing in between interviews.
Asked me several questions not related to the position.
