Had the initial phone call interview with the recruiter. Asked basic questions regarding my previous experience. They asked about my visa status and said they are okay with sponsorship. After a month, on following up, was told that I was rejected.

Entrevista
I recently went through Esri’s interview process and had a positive experience, even though I didn’t receive an offer. It started with a 1-hour phone screener, then a 1-hour conversation with the hiring manager, and eventually a full onsite in Redlands from 9am to 4pm.
Everyone I met was thoughtful, down to earth, and easy to talk to. The conversations felt collaborative rather than rigid, and it was clear the team cared about the work and about finding someone who would truly thrive there. The campus is also beautiful, quiet, green, and honestly just a really pleasant place to spend a day.
Even without an offer, I walked away with a great impression of the people and the culture. I would happily consider future roles at Esri and will keep an eye out for openings that might be a strong fit.
